Mariano Lucano

In the serie 'Ink Falls', the drawings of Lucano have an impressionistic spirit, not in technique but from the intention of the immediate apprehension and capture of the landscape: the Iguazú Falls. He started working from stains (ungovernable, random), and building the image around them with brush strokes and lines. This serie was born wishing to draw something that moves, like water. Doing it precisely with water based inks was a great challenge. Other landscapes have also captivated his attention.
